3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the effective and legal delivery of our services, you ("the Client") agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to perform the services.
 - Formally represent and warrant that you have full legal authority and all necessary permissions to authorize us to perform security testing (VAPT, Red Teaming, etc.) on the specified systems, networks, and applications.
 - Use our services and any resulting reports for lawful, internal business purposes only. You agree not to use our services or reports for any illegal activities or to infringe on the rights of any third party.
 - Be solely responsible for implementing any patches, remediations, or security recommendations provided in our reports. Our services identify vulnerabilities; your team is responsible for fixing them.
 
4. Confidentiality
Pashupata respects and protects the confidentiality of our clients. All information you provide to us, and all data and reports we generate for you, will be treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose this information to any third party except as required by law or with your explicit written consent. This obligation of confidentiality will be further detailed in our Master Service Agreement (MSA).
5. Intellectual Property
- Our Content: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, and our unique service methodologies, is the exclusive property of Pashupata and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
 - Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your pre-existing data, systems, and confidential information.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service engagement from which the claim arose.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pashupata, its employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
